What are your business hours?

Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM I do not work weekends or some holidays. Please me mindful business days are not including the weekend. No communication will be made outside of my business hours unless I'm currently working on your order!
What's the best way to contact you?

Only communication is through email. It helps to keep a paper trail of all dialogue between the client and the designer to prevent any discrepancies. I try to respond to everyone as promptly as I can. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response to your inquiry.
What files do I receive?

You will receive the PNG transparent file, PDF & JPEG of your finished project that will be sent to your email on your order receipt.
What if I'm not satisfied with my design?

No worries! Once your first drafts are sent, you receive (2) revisions free of charge. After that there is a fee of $15-$100 for each new change. Depending on the requested change. Unfortunately, once I’ve started on your project, there are no refunds under any circumstances. Please read over my terms and conditions before proceeding with your purchase.
What's your turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary based on the project and client. Below are typical turnarounds. However, your turnaround can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity and size of the project, and our communication. Clients are informed of what to expect based on all information provided to the designer from the client. Flyer/Logo Design - up to 4 business days (business days do not include weekends) Web Design - up to 3 weeks *Please ask about any other projects that aren't listed above.
Can I see a design before I purchase?

Will I come up with designs/sketch on your project before you hire me for it? That’s a no. I don’t design for free, unfortunately. You are welcome to take a look at my portfolio, to make sure my style and capabilities are right for your project!
I need my design ASAP, is that possible?

I usually can accommodate your rush job depending on how full my production schedule is however, a rush fee of $20-$100 will be added.
What's your revision policy?

Every client receives 2 revisions FREE of charge. After the 2nd revision, $15-100 fees per revision will apply. Turnarounds on revisions are depending on the revision needed.
What is your refund policy?

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, unless it's my fault.

Terms & Conditions

Luxe Studio will provide up to two rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Final files will be delivered in your preferred format (JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.) once payment is received in full.

All prices are subject to change based on project specifications.

Luxe Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless specified otherwise by the client.
